Radis Community Care are seeking an organised and proactive part time Business Support Administrator to join our team on a part‑time job‑share basis.
Position: Part‑Time Business Support Administrator
Hours: Wednesday 1pm to 5pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm
Contract Type: Job Share / Part‑Time – 19 hours per week
Location: Tamworth (office based)
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team on a part‑time job‑share basis. You will provide essential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth running of the office, working closely with your job‑share colleague to deliver seamless cover across the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for reception and incoming phone calls
- Manage hotel bookings and liaise with agencies and external partners
- Handle general office administration including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Produce, update, and maintain client contracts in line with company standards, ensuring consistent communication and handover within the job‑share arrangement
- Maintain accurate records and support operational processes
- Work collaboratively with your job‑share partner to ensure continuity and smooth workflow across shared responsibilities
