Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Pershore at Cherry Orchard House.

Shifts are currently 2:30pm – 10:30pm, and 7am – 2:30pm.

About the role

As a Support Worker for our Supported Living Team, you will support individuals with additional needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues, Autism, challenging behaviour, and complex health needs such as Epilepsy.

We recognize each person as an individual and provide a person-centered service tailored to their needs. Your role is to promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care. Responsibilities include supporting with daily living skills, personal care, medication, meal times, accessing the community, and social activities.

Our aim is to offer people with learning disabilities a safe and secure home where they can live independently with the necessary support. The accommodation includes quality communal/shared spaces and gardens.
