Waking Nights Care Worker – Weekends (Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Market Drayton)

Use of a fully fuelled and maintained Company Vehicle whilst on shift (2 Carers in a car).

BLOCK PAY for minimum 8.5 hours per shift (£14.10 per hour, Bank holidays £15.10 per hour).

Shifts: 22:00 to 06:30 - full-time and part-time available.

No experience needed – FULL TRAINING GIVEN.

The role of a Waking Nights Care Worker is extremely rewarding and on each shift you will make a positive difference to people’s lives. You’ll make real relationships with the people you support and finish each shift with satisfaction that you’ve added real value.

Whilst some experience is useful it is not essential as we provide full training and the opportunity to gain qualifications. About the role

You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped etc) - the work is not suited to non-drivers. As a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will provide night care to service users living independently in their own homes, that is flexible and responsive to their needs. This can include assisting them with personal care and hygiene, turning & medication. This can often be supporting people with planned and responsive care after leaving hospital. You will be working with a colleague at all times – 2 Care Workers using a Company vehicle which is fully insured and funded by the Company. Shifts 22:00 – 06:30 Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Advantageous but not essential

Experience in providing care, whether this be in a professional setting or to a family member or friend.
