About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ICT Apprentice to join our ICT team and start a career in IT.

You'll work alongside experienced ICT professionals, supporting colleagues across our care services and offices while developing the technical and customer service skills needed for a successful career in IT.

You'll be involved in day‑to‑day IT support, setting up devices, maintaining IT equipment, assisting with Microsoft 365 administration and supporting ICT projects across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-line IT support to colleagues by phone, email and in person.
  • Log, investigate and resolve IT support requests within agreed service levels.
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to senior members of the ICT team.
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile phones and tablets.
  • Create, update and remove user accounts and access permissions.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows devices.
  • Assist with maintaining IT hardware, software and asset records.
  • Help install and configure printers, monitors and other IT equipment.
  • Support office openings, relocations and ICT implementation projects.
  • Work with third‑party suppliers where required.
  • Visit care services and offices to provide on‑site support when needed.
  • Follow ICT policies, cyber security procedures and data protection requirements.

What We're Looking For
