Radis Community Care has an opportunity for an Evening Field Care Supervisor (Drivers Only) to join our team based in Chepstow.
You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, E-Bike, etc.) – the work is not suited to non-drivers.
About the role
As a Field Supervisor, you will work a mix of mornings, afternoons, and evenings to complete monitoring tasks such as reviews, spot checks, carer assessments, as well as completing Risk Assessments, MAR charts, and support plans.
You will be the face of Radis working in the community, ensuring people can stay in the homes they love. You will also work with the NHS, Social Services, GPs, and other health professionals to meet our clients\’ needs.
Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rota, which is approximately 1 week in 4.
There will be a requirement to work every other weekend.
Salary
All supervisor hours are paid at an enhanced hourly rate. Any care provided is paid at our care rate, and you will also receive paid travel time between visits, paid mileage, and an on-call payment when on duty.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Health & Social Care
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3
- Ability to set and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with staff, service users, and external agencies
- Must undergo an enhanced DBS check
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required
