Radis Community Care has a rewarding opportunity for an Area Manager to join our East Region Team. You must have a UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Mileage contribution paid. At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.
As an Area Manager you will have the opportunity to work across an operational area to ensure all services are compliant and meet regulatory standards. You will manage and support Service Managers, as directed by the Regional Manager, to ensure all services achieve the objectives agreed in their business plans and work within their budgets whilst ensuring you are displaying, and upholding Radis values at all times. You will promote a caring environment for Service Users through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the multiple needs of the Service Users and ensure each Service User receives care appropriate to their needs.
You will implement the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 (England) or Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act 2014, Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and The Regulated Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2017.

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven multi-site /area management experience.
- Experience of holding a similar role within Health & Social Care.
- Working knowledge of working within a regulated business.
- Demonstrable commercial thinking skills and sound business acumen.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and respond swiftly to challenges.
- You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle with a full, clean Driving Licence.
- Achieved or working toward Level 5 in leadership and management.
