Radis Group in Faringdon is seeking a Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader to provide specialized support in our Extra Care development, Fern Meadows. You'll oversee Care Workers, ensure client-specific care, and participate in on-call duties.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to learn. Experience as a Team Leader is beneficial but not mandatory.
