Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our friendly, committed, and caring team based in Park Gardens, Banbury. As a team member, you will enjoy benefits such as an in-house Bistro and Gym. Shifts are from 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, with alternate weekends.

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will support customers over the age of 55, helping them maintain their independence. The role involves assisting residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will also have opportunities to engage in physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities, both individually and in groups. The aim is to promote customers' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by providing the highest standard of care.
