Radis Community Care is looking for a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to join our small, dedicated team, focused on supporting people to live independently at home and ensuring safe, person-centred care across the Midlands and North of England.
In this role you’ll carry out Mock Inspections against CQC standards, lead post-inspection action plans to drive improvements, and support registrations for services and managers while providing practical guidance to Operational Teams on quality.
