Radis Community Care is looking for a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to join our small, dedicated team.
The role involves:
- Carrying out Mock Inspections against CQC standards.
- Leading post-inspection action plans, driving improvements and helping services aim for Outstanding.
- Supporting and coordinating CQC registrations for services and managers.
- Providing practical support and guidance to Operational Teams on quality and compliance.
Travel: This role is focused on services across the North of England, but as part of a national team you may sometimes support in other regions. The role involves regular travel — giving you the chance to see different services, meet diverse teams, and experience real variety in your work. Some overnight stays will be required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
About you: We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A Health & Social Care background with strong knowledge of CQC standards.
- Excellent report-writing skills.
- Confidence in setting and leading SMART action plans.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- The ability to influence and support managers constructively.
