More and more people are wanting to remain in their own homes, with their loved ones and precious memories and surroundings. At Radis, we try to make this a reality for as many individuals as possible with the support of passionate Care Workers making a difference to the lives of those they care for.

The Care Worker will be living with the Service User in the Service User's own home nationwide in the UK, from 2 weeks up to long term. The hours are roughly 10 to 12 hours care per day with 2 hours break daily for the staff member to have their own time. Also, weekly regular breaks are provided.

As it is 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, we are unable to offer part-time hours and unable to support with sponsorships or switched sponsorships.

Supporting someone in their own home to enable them to live as independently as possible, being part of their care journey. The role of a Care Worker is to provide personal care, meal preparations, medication prompts, and support with socialisation.

We currently have vacancies for a Care Worker to provide live-in care for a gentleman in his 40s, who lives in the Powys area. This gentleman has MS and is a wheelchair user and will require double-up care from the care workers. The role is to promote the gentleman’s independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care.

We care for a range of service users including the elderly and for people with physical and/or learning disabilities. Tailored to meet our service user’s individual needs, our care ranges from brief daily visits to 24-hour live-in care and can either be short or long-term.
