People Services Team Apprentice Location: Tamworth (with hybrid working) Contract: Level 3 Apprenticeship

We’re looking for a People Services Team Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive People team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification, giving you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to build a successful career in HR.
What you’ll be doing
- Support day‑to‑day HR and onboarding activity
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Respond to queries from managers and colleagues, learning how to provide great HR advice
- Assist with people data and reporting
- Get involved in training, projects, and initiatives that improve employee experience
What we’re looking for
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4/C or above)
- A genuine interest in people and HR
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to get involved
