Join our team as a Part-Time Quality Officer at our Tonypandy branch, covering the Rhondda valleys. At Radis Community Care, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support and care to vulnerable adults and children, helping them live independently in their own homes and be part of their local communities. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for implementing the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act and the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety, making a positive impact on the lives of our service users every day.

Skills and qualifications we seek:
- 1 year of experience in Health & Social Care: Your prior experience will be valued as you contribute to our mission of providing excellent care.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care: If you have this qualification, along with a desire to work towards Level 3, we want to hear from you.
- Commitment to high standards: You have the ability to set and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of your work.
- Strong communication skills: Your written and verbal communication skills allow you to engage effectively with staff, service users, and external agencies in a professional manner.
- Enhanced DBS check: As part of our commitment to safeguarding, we require all employees to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Driving license with access to a vehicle: You will need a driving license and access to a vehicle to fulfill the requirements of the role.
