Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a part‑time Office Administrator to join our care team at the Gloucester branch based in Maisemore. The role involves day‑to‑day administration of the branch, acting as the first point of call and ensuring all calls and emails are handled professionally and expediently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day‑to‑day administration of the branch.
  • Act as the first point of call, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Action incoming emails and respond in a timely manner or forward them to the relevant person.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff, including training.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the care sector preferred.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and work independently.
  • Availability to work 22.5 hours per week, three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Compensation

Salary – £25,546 (pro‑rata).
