About the role

As a Team Leader you will provide support to our Supported Living Services in Huddersfield and Halifax, providing specialised person‑centred support.

Radis recognises each person as an individual and provides a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and offers a consistent approach throughout their life. You will work alongside the Managers of our Supported Living Services, overseeing the smooth running of these services, completing regular audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, updating and reviewing support plans, and working to ensure that individuals achieve their outcomes.

The role will require you to schedule and allocate work to the Support Workers, support with medication, personal care tasks, and covering shifts within the services. The hours are split between care hours and office hours, including alternate weekends. Office hours are based in our general office in Bradford and a driver is required with own vehicle.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism and mental health issues.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader is essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn in line with clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Enhanced DBS check.

  • A driver is required with own vehicle.
