About the Role
As a Team Leader in our Extra Care Service, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support to residents living independently within their own homes in the extra care complex. Our approach emphasizes understanding and responding to the unique needs of each individual, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their well-being. You will be the first point of contact for the care and support provided, with responsibilities including:
- Conducting supervisions, team meetings, and mentoring Care Workers to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Coordinating schedules and allocating tasks to maintain personalized support plans for each resident.
- Supporting residents with daily living activities such as medication, mobility, and personal care when needed.
- Building positive relationships within the extra care community.
