Radis Community Care is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join its People Services Team. In this impactful role, you will manage complex employee relations cases, partner with managers, and drive positive employee experiences across the organization.
Ideal candidates will have strong experience in ER, in-depth knowledge of UK employment law, and a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent. This is a home-based role with regular visits to the Tamworth Head Office.
