Radis Community Care has an opportunity for FULL TIME Double up Care Workers covering all the areas of Tamworth. The Tamworth area consists of villages of Wilnecote, Belgrave, Dosthil, Stonydelph, Amington, Glascote, Leys and Leyfields depending on the areas you are asked to cover.
Applicants will need the use of their own car, motorbike, or moped to travel in-between clients whilst on shift. The two different shift times are 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm, with alternate weekends. Care workers will be required to work both shift times depending on the rota.
The role consists of following a rota and visiting people in their own homes within the local areas. This will involve providing personal care using equipment, supporting with medication, meal times, general day-to-day living, and ensuring independence and dignity is met at all times. Training will be provided on how to use equipment while working alongside another member of staff.
