Radis Community Care are seeking an organised and proactive part-time Business Support Administrator to join our team on a part-time job-share basis.

Position: Part-Time Business Support Administrator

Hours: Wednesday 1pm to 5pm, 9am to 5pm Thursday and Friday

Contract Type: Job Share / Part-Time, 19 hours per week

Location: Tamworth (office based)

About the Role

You will provide essential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth running of the office, working closely with your job-share colleague to deliver seamless cover across the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for reception and incoming calls
  • Managing hotel bookings and liaising with agencies and external partners
  • General office administration including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Producing, updating, and maintaining client contracts in line with company standards, ensuring consistent communication and handover within the job-share arrangement
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes
  • Working collaboratively with your job-share partner to ensure continuity and smooth workflow across shared responsibilities
