About the Facility

Radis Community Care have an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team based in Stanbridge House in Banbury OX16. Stanbridge is situated less than two miles from Banbury centre and provides 75 flats, with a number of facilities on site such as a hair salon, restaurant and bar. There are many different activities for residents to enjoy including bingo and film club. Our carers strive to help residents to retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible and are on‑site 24/7. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own flat and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night time.

About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting people who are over the age of 55 enabling them to maintain their independence. The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities, both individually and as a group. The role is to promote independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standard of care.

Shift Availability

At Stanbridge House shifts available are 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, alternate weekends.
