Support Worker - Extra Care

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based at Strawberry Gardens, Yatton, North Somerset, BS49 4GB.

At this present time, we are unable to consider sponsorship for this role.

Shifts

Saturday, Sunday, Monday every two weeks

10pm – 7am

Total of 27 hours

The Role of a Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will support clients to live independently in their own homes and communities by:

• Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing
• Supporting medication administration
• Helping with meal preparation
• Facilitating access to the local community, e.g., shopping, activities, trips
• Assisting with daily household duties
• Supporting with other daily routines as needed
