Radis Community Care has an opportunity for an afternoon/night Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team based in The Paddocks in Chipping Norton OX7.
Shifts are from 2pm to 10pm, with alternate weekends off.
The Paddocks is located in the picturesque market town of Milton-under-Wychwood, Chipping Norton. It offers 44 apartments, a restaurant, craft room, lounge, and hair salon for residents and staff.
Our carers help residents maintain independence for as long as possible, providing support tailored to individual needs within their own flats, ranging from daily assistance to 24/7 support.
About the role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will support customers over 55, helping them maintain independence.
You will assist with personal care and light domestic tasks, and participate in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and in groups.
The role promotes customer independence, choice, dignity, and respect through high standards of care.
Note: We are currently unable to consider sponsorship for this role.
