Are you a caring individual wanting to support those in your local community? We are recruiting for a Support Worker to work in our Extra Care Scheme, Plaxton Court.
Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care tasks including washing and dressing.
- Supporting with medication administration.
- Supporting with meal preparation.
- Supporting with accessing the local community (e.g., shopping, activities, trips).
- Supporting with day-to-day household duties.
- Supporting with other day-to-day routines as required.
