About the role

You will work with a friendly and supportive team of professionals who will help you develop your skills and knowledge in complex care. You will also have the opportunity to build a trusting and respectful relationship with the people that we support and their families, who are very hands-on and helpful. A Registered Nurse will support competency assessment and ongoing supervision.

Benefits for the Role

  • Excellent rates of pay: Wake nights- £14.00 per hour.
  • Night shifts are 22:00 to 07:00.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to be kind, caring, and patient.
  • You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible and positive attitude.
  • You will need to have good attention to detail and observation skills, and be able to recognise when the gentleman is in pain or needs assistance.
  • You will need to have some experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs, or be willing to undergo training and supervision.
  • You will also need to work every other weekend as part of your rota.
