Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Service Manager to join the team at Brunel Court, Nutfield Road, PO1 4JB
About Brunel Court
Brunel Court in Portsmouth, Hampshire, offers purpose built retirement flats with a range of onsite services and facilities. As well as 55 one and two-bedroom flats, residents enjoy other benefits such as hairdressing salon, gardens and guest facilities.
About the Role
As a Service Manager you will be Registered with CQC and would be responsible for
- Supporting on-site teams to ensure they have everything they need to complete their duties
- Working alongside Social Services, Contract Commissioners and other Health professionals to ensure all contractual requirements are met
- Conducting service monitoring to ensure a high level of care is being delivered
- Completing support functions such as Payroll, Recruitment and other key activities
- Liaising with clients and their families to ensure they are happy with the service they receive
- Ensuring all CQC requirements are met
About You
We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about delivering high standards of quality care that we would all want our own families to receive. You would have at least 2 years experience in the Health & Social Care Sector with previous Management Experience as well as ideally working towards your NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social care or already gaining the level 5 qualification.
