About the Role

As a Registered Service Manager at our six‑bed Supported Living service, you will create a nurturing environment for both male and female residents, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care and support tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a caring environment where residents thrive.
  • Maintain compliance with company, local, and national standards and oversee quality assurance activities.
  • Assist the Area Manager in assessing new referrals and developing personalised support plans in collaboration with professional agencies and families.
  • Help prepare staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficient deployment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in mental health and learning disabilities in a supported living service environment.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care; willingness to work toward Level 5.
  • Leadership experience managing and leading large teams and working with CQC.
  • Commercial acumen and strong commitment to setting and maintaining high standards.
  • Good IT skills.
