About the Role
As a Team Leader in our Extra Care Service, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support to people living independently within their own homes in the extra care complex. Our approach emphasizes understanding and responding to the unique needs of each individual, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their well-being. You will be the first point of contact for the care and support provided, with responsibilities including:
- Conducting supervisions, team meetings, and mentoring Support Workers to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Coordinating schedules and allocating tasks to maintain personalized support plans for each person.
- Supporting people with daily living activities such as medication, mobility, and personal care when needed.
- Building positive relationships within the extra care community.

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in a Team Leader / Senior role.

Additional Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle are advantageous as occasional travel may be required.
