We are actively recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to join the team in our Nottingham branch.

You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, E-Bike etc) - the work is not suited to non-drivers

About the role

As a Field Supervisor you will work out in the field to complete monitoring tasks such as reviews, spot checks, carer assessments as well as completing Risk Assessments, MAR charts and support plans.

You will be the face of Radis working in the community ensuring people stay in the home they love.

You will also be working with the NHS, Social services, GP's and other health professionals to ensure all of our clients needs are met.

You would also take part in On call which would be 1 in 4 weeks. Working every other weekend as part of your rota.

Salary

All Supervisor Hours are be paid at an enhanced hourly rate, any care completed would be paid at our care rate and you would also receive paid travelling time in between care visits as well as paid mileage.

When completing on call you would also receive an On call Payment.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role

  • 1 years experience in Health & Social Care
  • The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3.
  • You will have the ability to set and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of work.
  • You will have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with staff, service users and outside agencies in a professional manner.
  • This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
  • A driving licence with access to a vehicle will also be required for the role.
