Radis Community Care are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Grantham Supported Living Service. A female Team Leader is required due to the ladies’ requirements; a driving licence is essential to access the community.
You will work with office staff to ensure smooth service delivery, complete and review paperwork, and support with supervision of Support Workers. Shifts include mornings, afternoons and on-call weekends, with an admin day.
