Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Flexible Bank Support Worker to join our friendly, committed, and caring team based in Park Gardens in Banbury. As a member of our team, you will enjoy the benefits of an in-house Bistro and Gym.
Flexible bank shifts can cover 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and alternate weekends, with up to 37.5 hours per week for holiday and sickness cover.
About the role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will support customers over the age of 55, helping them maintain their independence. The role involves assisting residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You will also have opportunities to engage in physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities, both individually and in groups. The role aims to promote customers' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the highest standard of care.
