You will be at the heart of our People Services Team, supporting a wide range of activities and learning how HR makes a real impact. You will:

  • Support day-to-day HR and onboarding activity
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Respond to queries from managers and colleagues, learning how to provide great HR advice
  • Assist with people data and reporting
  • Get involved in training, projects, and initiatives that improve employee experience

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4/C or above)
