Radis Community Care are seeking an organised and proactive part-time Business Support Administrator to join our team on a part-time job‑share basis. Location: Tamworth (office based).
We are looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to provide essential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth running of the office. The role works closely with your job‑share colleague to deliver seamless cover across the week.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for reception and incoming phone calls
- Manage hotel bookings and liaise with agencies and external partners
- Perform general office administration including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Produce, update, and maintain client contracts in line with company standards, ensuring consistent communication and handover within the job‑share arrangement
- Maintain accurate records and support operational processes
- Work collaboratively with your job‑share partner to ensure continuity and smooth workflow across shared responsibilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
