Why Visiting Care? Since the pandemic, more and more clients are wanting to stay at home, where they can still see their families and remain as part of the communities they grew up in. At Radis we work differently to most local providers, that is why we:
- Pay for travel time in between each care visit
- Pay enhanced rates for NVQ’s
- Introduced a temporary increase in mileage
- Offer flexible hours
- Ensure you have the same clients on a daily basis
The Role of a Care Assistant:
- Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
