Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a full time Care Assistant/ Support Worker to join our new team based in Willow Gardens in Chipping Norton OX7. Willow Gardens is situated in the picturesque market town of Chipping Norton. The new development, completed in 2022, provides 80 apartments in total and facilities including a restaurant and hair salon. Off‑site, there are lots of amenities nearby – shops, town centre and a bus stop are all within a few hundred yards.
Our carers strive to help residents retain as much independence as possible for as long as possible and are on‑site 24/7. Care is tailored to the needs of each person, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own flat and can range from a little help daily to support throughout the day and night.
ResponsibilitiesThe role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing. You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group. The role is to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
Shift Times- 7 am–2 pm
- 2 pm–10 pm
- 10 pm–7 am
- Alternate weekends
