Radis Community Care is seeking a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to join our Midlands and North of England services.
You’ll drive improvements by carrying out mock inspections, leading post-inspection action plans, and supporting CQC registrations for services and managers.
You’ll work with Operational Teams to provide practical quality guidance, travel across regions, and help ensure every service delivers safe, person-centred care.
