Today, Radioplayer operates across international markets and works at the intersection of media, technology and in-car audio. Our headquarters is in London, but our team spans the whole of Europe working on behalf of thousands of radio stations.

The role

Radioplayer is looking for a Communications & Content Specialist to help shape how Radioplayer presents itself across international markets, industry events, partnerships and digital platforms. This is a broad and creative role for someone who enjoys turning ideas, partnerships and industry activity into clear, modern and engaging communication. You will work across presentations, events, launches, social content, websites, editorial communication and partner marketing. One day you might help coordinate communications around a major radio or automotive industry event. The next, you could be building a launch presentation, managing external creative support or helping shape content for an international partnership announcement.

What you’ll do

  • Support and coordinate communication across launches, partnerships, events and industry activity
  • Create and develop content across presentations, social, web and external communications
  • Help evolve Radioplayer’s external communication across platforms, markets and audiences
  • Build clear, visually strong presentation materials and communication assets
  • Coordinate external freelancers, agencies and creative production partners when needed
  • Support communication before, during and after international industry events
  • Work closely with senior leadership to turn strategy, partnerships and ideas into tangible communication
  • Help maintain consistency across messaging, tone and visual communication
  • Contribute ideas for modern, engaging and effective communication formats
  • Use modern and AI-assisted workflows to improve communication and content production

We think this role could fit someone who:

  • Has 2 to 5 years of experience in communications, content, marketing or creative coordination
  • Has strong communication instincts and good creative judgment
  • Understands how modern communication works across different platforms and audiences
  • Can manage multiple projects and priorities with structure and attention to detail
  • Understands how to brief, shape and coordinate strong creative output across different formats
  • Can operate independently in a remote and international environment
  • Enjoys balancing creativity, coordination and execution
  • Is curious about media, technology, platforms and the future of audio
  • Has strong written and verbal English skills

Big plus if you have experience with:

  • Visual content tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Short-form video editing or content production
  • Event communication and coordination
  • Working with external agencies or creative freelancers
  • Media, audio, entertainment or technology industries
  • Social content and digital communication
  • PR or external communications
  • AI-assisted creative and communication workflows
