The Production Operative is responsible for assisting in the manufacture and packaging of finished products to regulated requirements and in line with customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacture and packaging of finished products to regulated requirements and in line with customer needs.
- Perform reagent preparation, dispensing of product, label printing and application, conversion of ancillary products.
- Complete batch documentation, in‑process checks and basic SAP transactions.
- Ensure all products flow through the manufacturing process error free and right first time.
- Actively participate in daily management activities taking ownership of any actions assigned.
- Speak up to ensure concerns around safety, quality or process are raised to a line manager.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in an FMCG environment or other production‑based environment that deals with high‑value small production run lines.
- Demonstrated experience working within the constraints of a regulated industry, preferably experience of FDA inspection processes and GMP.
- Aware of ISO 9001:13485 or CGMP processes.
Preferred experience
- Working both as part of a team and as an individual for extended periods of time.
- Applying problem‑solving logic and being able to solve basic problems.
