The Contracts Administrator will administer Radiometer’s contract portfolio, including associated sub‑contracts. Responsibilities include:
- Timely management of renewal quotations
- Following up quotations
- Accurate data entry and handling
- Invoicing and customer queries
- Supporting bid generation
- Facilitating department and customer meetings
- Using and developing analytical tools
- Supporting the sales team with pricing queries
- Communicating with vendors and customers
- Arranging third‑party reviews
This position reports to the Contracts Manager and is part of the Contracts Team located in Radiometer UK’s Head office at Manor Royal, Crawley and will be an on‑site role.
In This Role:
- Work closely with Healthcare Provider Customers across the UK and Ireland
- Administer contract performance monitoring initiatives (Quality, financial, Customer KPIs)
- Coordinate renewal quotations for Customers
- Maintain the data processing & analysis systems
- Manage consumable ordering programs
- Produce and improve contract reports
- Field internal and external enquiries
Essential Requirements:
- Good eye for detail
- Organised
- Able to prioritise competing demands
Preferred Experience:
- Contracts Administration in a sales or healthcare setting
- Experience working in a commercial or contractual administrative role
- Experience with data analytics tools
