Discover a rewarding role as an Application & Implementation Specialist at Radiometer, a Danaher operating company. In this national field‑based position, you’ll be responsible for delivering end‑user training on the correct use of our devices at hospital sites and providing project management of new instrument implementations. The role reports to the Implementation Manager and is part of the Application & Implementation Specialist Team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end‑user training on the correct use of devices for implementations and contract training.
- Work with both internal and customer teams to plan and project‑manage implementations.
- Create and deliver training programs for customers in the use of Radiometer products.
- Provide on‑site face‑to‑face training to healthcare professionals on the use of Radiometer products.
Qualifications
- Experience as a trainer.
- Proactive approach and focus on providing high‑quality training sessions.
- Available for nationwide travel on an 80:20 basis (80% travel, 20% home).
- Being based between North London and the Midlands (Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton) would be advantageous.
- Providing training updates to colleagues and customers.
Preferred Experience
- Clinical knowledge about patient groups in hospitals.
- Experience implementing medical devices in a clinical environment.
- Experience in a commercial field‑based role.
- Project management skills and experience.
