As part of SPX Technologies, Radiodetection, we design industry-leading technology that helps protect critical infrastructure worldwide. We're looking for an experienced Global Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our international supply chain across the UK, US and Canada.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape supply chain strategy, strengthen supplier partnerships and ensure our products continue to reach customers efficiently and cost-effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a global supply chain team of around 10 people.
  • Consolidate and optimise our global supplier base.
  • Drive supplier performance, cost reduction and continuity of supply.
  • Manage supplier contracts, commercial negotiations and obsolescence.
  • Support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and the ongoing success of our existing product portfolio.
  • Partner with Engineering to improve product design, manufacturability and cost.
  • Lead supplier transfer and manufacturing offshoring projects.
  • Travel to our sites and suppliers in the US and Canada.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing international suppliers and multi-site operations.
  • A track record of supplier consolidation and transitioning products between suppliers.
  • Experience supporting offshoring or manufacturing relocation projects.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • ERP/MRP experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
