The Senior Worker is required to provide support to people with mental health problems, excluded from existing services due to lack of appropriate resources to meet their needs. The role involves:

  • Following a whole team approach and supporting staff working within a Strengths and Recovery Based Model.
  • Supporting the CST Management Team to provide effective team leadership and management to ensure appropriate outcomes are secured, in line with funders' expectations.
