Touchstone, a multi-award-winning mental health charity in Leeds, is recruiting for a Band 6 role within the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service. You will lead equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives, support health equity objectives, and analyse workforce data to drive equitable opportunities for staff and service users.
You will act as deputy to the Head of Health Equity when required, helping to shape meaningful change while ensuring a supportive, inclusive workplace.
