About Us:

Radical Motorsport is one of the world’s most prolific sports car manufacturers, with over 3,000 cars produced in the past 28 years. From its 1997 inception, Radical set out to create a customer-lead niche in the world of motorsport, a race-bred thrill-a-minute driving experience. But the Radical philosophy extends much wider than just the cars. By launching our own race championships, we became the first manufacturer to bring long-format, doubleheader endurance racing to the club racer, and provided a comprehensive spares and technical support team at every event that continues to this day. At our Peterborough manufacturing HQ, we produce up to 100 cars per year, exported to a global network of over 30 dealers. This is where we see our cars from start to finish before they hit the track - from our team of engineers who design and test new concepts, to the production teams who machine, fabricate, laminate, engine build, sub assemble, bay assemble, and dyno sign off every Radical car produced.

The Role:

We’re looking for an on-site Motorsport Manager to take day to day responsibility for the UK & European Radical Cup. Based at our Donington Office, duties include:

  • Leading the delivery of the UK & European Cups, providing a seamless series of race events to maximise the customer experience.
  • Presence at all race weekends and being the established primary point of contact.
  • Ownership of budget, administration and logistics for both series – including working with the Head of Motorsport & Business Development and Head of Global Technical Support to establish requirements for 2026 cups such as factory team presence, transport and accommodation etc.
  • Working with supporting the Head of Motorsport & Business Development in UK & European Cup motorsport budgets and driving standards (European Cup).
  • Leading development of Motorsport in the UK and ROW region, including with dealer partners and 750 Motor Club.
  • Reporting on ROW Motorsport activities and grid numbers.
  • Supporting sales with track & trial day logistics.
  • Supporting World Finals and other events where required.
  • Networking/finding opportunities to enhance race entries in the UK and European Cups.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Motorsport & Business Development and Marketing team to ensure race events align with brand identity.
  • Ad hoc duties and must be flexible in working hours, especially during race season (including weekend work and travel).

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in leading the organisation and delivery of race championships.
  • Experience within Motorsport and Motorsport events.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
  • Holds a full driving licence and has own vehicle.

Package and Benefits:

  • Full-Time Permanent Contract.
  • Company Pension Scheme – Matching up to 4% of contributions.
  • Life Insurance – Paying up to 3x salary to nominated beneficiaries.
  • An inclusive and supportive company culture.
