The role
Radiators 4u is looking for a friendly and organised Sales Administrator & Customer Service Advisor to join our Portsmouth team.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them from the moment they place an order through to delivery.
You will also help keep the sales process running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a varied role where good communication, attention to detail and a calm approach will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
You will
- Process customer orders from our websites, e Bay and Amazon
- Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Provide updates on orders, deliveries, returns and products
- Check orders and payments for accuracy and security
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams
- Keep customer and order records up to date
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for product information
- Help maintain and improve internal procedures
- Resolve customer concerns in a helpful and professional way

Previous customer service or sales administration experience would be helpful.
You will also need
