Radiator Outlet is a fast-growing UK retailer reshaping how customers buy designer radiators and heated towel rails. Known for modern design, strong performance, and great value, we’re expanding our showroom presence and investing in people who want real ownership and influence. We’re now looking for a Showroom Manager to recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Consultants in our Nottingham showroom — taking full responsibility for sales performance, customer experience, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct exposure to the senior leadership team, offering the chance to shape how the showroom grows and how success is delivered.
The Role
- As Showroom Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the performance of our Nottingham showroom.
- You’ll lead and motivate the Sales Consultant(s), oversee customer service, manage stock and displays, and ensure targets are met.
- You’ll also be the key link between the showroom and Head Office—reporting on sales and providing feedback.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building, coaching, and leading a high-performing team of Sales Consultants.
- Setting clear expectations and developing the team through ongoing feedback and support.
- Leading by example on the showroom floor — engaging customers and helping them choose the right products.
- Owning weekly and monthly sales targets and driving consistent results.
- Reporting performance, trends, and insights directly to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Overseeing showroom orders to ensure accuracy, smooth processing, and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness, and stock availability.
- Handling escalated customer queries with confidence and professionalism.
- Managing in-store collections and deliveries, including stock control.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling radiators of varying sizes and weights, including moving stock safely within the showroom and during in-store collections and deliveries.
- Driving positive online reviews through standout customer experiences.
- Planning rotas, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, people-focused leader with retail or showroom management experience.
- Proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing sales teams.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail across stock, rotas, reporting, and order management.
- A motivating leader who leads from the front and sets clear standards.
- Practical, hands-on, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
Why Join Radiator Outlet
- A chance to build your own team, not just manage an existing one.
- Direct access to senior leadership and real influence over decisions.
- A fast-growing business where performance and ideas are recognised.
- Clear opportunities to grow as the company expands its showroom network.
