About Radiant

Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale β€” powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.

As we scale our investment platform and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our capital markets capabilities with leaders who can combine rigorous underwriting with commercial judgement and execution excellence.

Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.

About the Role

As Radiant scales its portfolio of GPU clusters, AI factories, and supporting infrastructure, we are hiring a Treasury Manager to support the Group's treasury function, partnering with the Group Finance Director and Head of Capital Markets to build a best in class treasury operation.

You will play a central role in managing Radiant's cash and liquidity position, supporting bank relationships and financing activities, and helping build out treasury processes and controls as the business scales. You will work closely with finance, capital markets, accounting, and the wider business to ensure the Group has the visibility and controls it needs over its cash, funding, and financial risk exposures. This is an opportunity to help build treasury capabilities from the ground up within a fast-growing AI infrastructure platform, working alongside senior finance leadership on high-impact, high-visibility initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day cash management activities, including bank account administration, payments oversight, and intercompany funding.
  • Prepare and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts across the Group, monitoring actual versus forecast performance.
  • Support management of banking relationships, including account opening/closing, KYC processes, and day-to-day bank queries.
  • Assist with the administration of financing arrangements, including drawdowns, covenant monitoring, and compliance reporting.
  • Support treasury-related aspects of financing transactions, including due diligence, documentation review, and liaison with lenders and advisors.
  • Monitor and help manage financial risk exposures (FX, interest rate, and counterparty risk), including implementing hedging strategies where appropriate.
  • Maintain and develop treasury policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance with internal governance requirements.
  • Prepare treasury reporting and analysis for senior management, including liquidity, debt, and risk dashboards.
  • Partner with the wider finance team on cash forecasting, working capital initiatives, and ad hoc treasury projects as the function scales.

What You'll Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management, banking operations, and financial risk management.
  • Experience with financing documentation, covenant monitoring, or debt administration is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP systems including implementation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance and the wider business.
  • High levels of ownership, integrity, and accountability when handling sensitive financial information.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to build processes and take on new challenges as the function scales.
  • Team-oriented with a demonstrated commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition.
  • Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for the AI infrastructure ecosystem, analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have

  • Professional qualification (or progress towards one), such as ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers), ACA, ACCA, or CFA.
  • Experience in infrastructure, data centres, energy, or technology sectors.
  • Exposure to project or acquisition finance, syndicated debt, or capital markets transactions.
  • Experience with FX and interest rate hedging instruments.
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar).

What Success Looks Like

  • Robust, reliable cash flow forecasting and reporting across the Group.
  • Strong, well-managed banking relationships and efficient payment processes.
  • Clear visibility and proactive management of the Group's financial risk exposures.
  • Well-documented and controlled treasury policies that scale with the business.
  • Become a trusted advisor to the wider team.

Why Join Radiant

  • Work at the forefront of the AI infrastructure industry.
  • Build infrastructure that underpins the next industrial revolution.
  • Help shape a category-defining company at the intersection of power, compute and capital.
  • Participate in the company's growth and value creation.
  • Collaborate with experienced operators, investors and technologists.
