About Radiant
Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We're not building a generic cloud. We're building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.
About the role
As we scale and grow the engineering org, we're hiring a Talent Partner to own technical recruitment end-to-end. You'll partner directly with the People Manager and our engineering/product leaders to bring in the people who'll build a new category of infrastructure. This is a foundational hire on the People team; you'll shape how Radiant hires, working closely with our founders and leadership team on every hire — this is not a role where you sit between the business and the candidates. You'll be in the room, shaping decisions, and representing Radiant at its best.
What you'll do
- Employer Branding — Help develop compelling employer branding for Radiant. Work with the People Manager to articulate the company mission, culture, and employee value proposition to attract top talent.
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment — Own the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across engineering, product, platform, and operations, from role definition through to offer. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
- Stakeholder Management — Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategy and market trends. Challenge hiring briefs and provide guidance on role design, compensation benchmarking, and candidate expectations. Ensure alignment between hiring goals and business growth plans.
- Recruitment Process Optimisation — Implement best practices in interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring. Improve recruitment data tracking, reporting, and hiring performance metrics. Introduce tools and processes that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of hiring.
Who you are
- Proven experience in talent acquisition roles, with meaningful time spent hiring senior engineers in high-growth startups. You will need to have evidence of implementing projects across the recruitment cycle that enabled the business to scale.
- Proven track record of scaling diverse, high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder and advisory skills, with experience partnering directly with founders or senior leadership.
- Excellent sourcing capability and a creative approach to building a robust, scalable bench of talent.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring decisions.
- Genuine interest in AI and how it can sharpen recruiting workflows and business outcomes.
- Highly organised, autonomous, and proactive — you'll be operating without a large team behind you.
- Experience hiring across the UK, EMEA, and US markets.
- Understanding of startup hiring challenges and scaling teams quickly.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Qualities we look for:
- Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up.
- Inspire the change: There's no blueprint for the future. You’ll embrace challenges and change.
- You’re real and you’re true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you’re talking to, you treat everyone the same.
