Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments. We are not building a generic cloud; we are building purpose-built AI infrastructure - from powered land to compute to software.
As we scale our platform and expand our engineering organisation, we are looking for leaders who can build strong teams, uphold high standards, and deliver reliably at pace. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and project delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders, colocation operators, utilities, OEMs, engineering firms, and construction partners.
What You'll Do
As part of our Data Centre Delivery team, you will help scale our global AI infrastructure footprint by supporting the acquisition, deployment, and delivery of high-performance data centre capacity. This role combines technical due diligence, project delivery, stakeholder management, and infrastructure deployment across colocation, fit-out, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and selection of colocation and powered land opportunities globally.
- Conduct technical due diligence covering power, cooling, connectivity, resilience, sustainability, and operational readiness.
- Assess facilities for high-density AI workloads, liquid cooling, and next-generation GPU deployments.
- Review technical designs, MEP systems, and operational standards.
- Support supplier evaluations and technical input into commercial negotiations.
Infrastructure Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI infrastructure deployments within colocation facilities.
- Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage key delivery partners, including colocation providers, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and utilities.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Track risks, dependencies, and deployment schedules across multiple projects.
- Support greenfield and brownfield development projects, including site selection, utility engagement, and infrastructure feasibility.
- Participate in design reviews and technical standards development.
- Coordinate permitting, utility, and infrastructure workstreams.
- Contribute to long-term capacity planning and expansion initiatives.
Governance & Reporting
- Provide regular reporting on project status, budgets, risks, and milestones.
- Maintain project governance, controls, and documentation.
- Support the development of delivery processes, standards, and best practices for AI infrastructure deployment.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience delivering data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects, from design through to commissioning and handover.
- Detailed understanding of colocation environments, including power, cooling, connectivity, MEP systems, and resilience standards.
- Understanding of both high density air-cooled (HDA) and direct liquid cooling infrastructure (DLC) environments, including CDUs, manifolds, and high-density thermal management.
- Proven ability to run technical due diligence on colocation and powered land assets.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to read and challenge technical and contractual risk.
- Experience managing third-party delivery partners: contractors, consultants, OEMs, and colo operators.
- Ability to run multiple concurrent international projects, with regular independent travel to sites across Europe and beyond.
- Clear, confident communication at all levels, including executive reporting and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience gained through an extensive industry career.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with GPU, AI, or HPC infrastructure deployments, including high-density rack environments.
- Familiarity with hyperscaler or cloud infrastructure delivery models.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical design packages.
- Knowledge of integrated systems testing and commissioning processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Familiarity with sustainability standards and energy procurement strategies.
