About Radiant

Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.

As we scale our investment platform and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our investment organization with leaders who can combine rigorous underwriting with commercial judgement and execution excellence.

Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.

About the Role

As we expand our portfolio of AI factories, GPU clusters, and supporting infrastructure, we are hiring an Associate, Investments to join our investment team. What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, investment banking, project finance, digital infrastructure or a related field.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience supporting investment transactions or complex financial analyses.
  • Excellent quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
  • Highly motivated, intellectually curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • High levels of ownership, accountability and professionalism.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data centres, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, utilities or cloud infrastructure.
  • Exposure to project finance, infrastructure debt or structured financing.
  • Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, AI infrastructure or hyperscaler ecosystems.
