We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support SAP Payroll configuration, localisation and complex payroll troubleshooting across European operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes.
- Create and maintain wage types, PCRs and payroll schemas.
- Support country-specific SAP Payroll localisation and statutory configuration.
- Troubleshoot complex gross-to-net payroll issues.
- Analyse payroll results and identify root causes of calculation discrepancies.
- Ensure payroll configuration complies with relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
- Work with payroll and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex payroll issues.
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
- Experience with wage type configuration, PCRs and payroll schemas.
- Strong gross-to-net payroll troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with SAP Payroll localisation/statutory configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- German or Czech language skills are mandatory.
- Available to work remotely within the UK/Europe.
